With the advancements in digital construction technology, workflows targeting cost implication and potential rework in construction are not being widely adopted. Utilizing reality capture, along with other digital construction tools are estimated to reduce rework by 1-3%. Hundreds of billions of dollars are being spent yearly on construction rework that could be reduced and or eliminated. With today’s technology, understanding these workflows to identify issues before they become issues and achieving a zero-rework project can happen; it takes project collaboration and commitment.
